| Heh-heh, they don't have to be accurate. Have you ever seen how Paula measures flour? Instead of a knife with a flat edge, she levels it off with her hand. Sheesh! That's a pet peeve of mine. With baking, you're supposed to measure precisely. I'm sure there are a lot of viewers who aren't that well-versed on procedures and trust what the cook/chef does. These people are instructing viewers on how to cook. I don't know why she can't go the extra mile. Some people 'do what they see' and not bother to find out if it's correct or not. (Eh, I hate being so anal.)
