Where do you get the bags?? I make a lot of bread, and so far, I use the gallon zip-lock types, if my dear children have eaten some first.
Also, sometimes produce bags (they develop tiny holes quickly, though)
And just wanted to say about 10 years ago, I got the neatest gift of a gadget made by Presto. A hard plastic bread slicing guide that cradles the bread, and it came with an electic knife.
