| I remember in Tyler's chefography that he was really open in saying he was without direction as a teenager and dropped out of high school. (Bobby Flay admitted to the same thing.) He wouldn't have had to even mention that, only saying the culinary school he graduated from. I think it takes a lot of courage to tell something like that and not try to hide it or lie about it. I admire both of those chefs for their honesty. |
