Food Network Fans - View Single Post - What's the most Unusual Food you've ever eaten?

I have tasted alligator, and there are some native plants here in WV none of the rest of you have probably eaten (unless you are from the Appalachians too) but they are only "unusual" because they don't grow everywhere and most people haven't heard of them. They aren't Anthony Bourdain freaky.
