| I've eaten snake that was picked out of a big tank in the way that lobsters are in some restaurants. I've eaten beetles, no chocolate though. I've eaten the male organ of a pig. Turtle head soup is something I hope never to see again. What else...lots of strange seafood that I don't have a name for. Many times I had no idea what I was actually eating. It might have been better that way. It helps to have a strong stomach when traveling in China. |
