I was watching the FTV Chefography on Julia Child last night and there was a clip of her and Emeril. He was making a crawfish & crab boil for her.
It must have been shot in the days when he cooked at Commander's Palace because he looked like a teenager.
I was was a short part of the bio, but I thought I'd share it with the Emeril fans, in case they missed it.
