| I liked the mom - she brought the thing together I thought. It's obvious she encouraged Duff to go after his creative gifts. Not sure about Duff's dad; he seems a bit pompous on all the shows I saw and never cracked one smile. I heard some time ago from guys from Duff's UMBC campus that the divorce was pretty grim. Lots of uglies. Good for Duff for getting on with his life.
I really liked how he owned up to his huge career near-suicide at the French Laundry. That took a lot of guts to admit. Hard to imagine he left over just getting yelled at. Guess that's the sensitive artist in him. Big Brute HE Is - HA! |
