This week, W magazine posted an item about frequent Iron Chef judge and food writer, Akiko Katayama. She's the one who often proclaims that offerings are "a bit too greasy for my palate!" One of their editors went to dinner with her in NYC at The Monday Room, a Nolita wine bar with smaller, bite-sized plates. I guess they tried some more "ambitious" items, like bone marrow and pig's terrine. Yikes! But it's pretty interesting to see what someone like that would eat when she goes out for fun.
