| If we had that when I went to school, I sure would have joined, but all we had was Ag class mainly for boys and then Home Ec. for the girls. How times have changed. Does anybody know of schools like that here in the US ? I know Emeril has his program in New Orleans but things like his program are for underprivileged kids, not the everyday run of the mill student. I know there are some areas that have it in their votech schools, but I haven't seen just a culinary program like the one they spoke of in the article though. With the food movement of today, I think we need two or three in every state.
