| did you ever wonder how much the network controlled the flow of the show to get the commercials in ? or as we all know that the writers control the script, we all seen from the teleprompter at the beginning of his shows. Might be that is why he is no longer doing the show and what created the conflict to begin with ? I know in his older live shows there was a lot of information and especially in the Essence of Emeril you can follow along most of the time and create the base at least for his dishes. And yes maybe a good thing for Emeril now he will be focusing on cooking healthy and we all know he could use a little of that. From what I have read he will still be doing shows with an audience, just a different network.
