| Stuffed manicotti tonight! Made the sauce earlier, have the salad chilling, table is set with wine ready to go...all I have to do is assemble the manicotti and it is dinner time.
I stuff them with ricotta, spinach, egg, nutmeg, Italian seasonings...so good!
It's my sister's birthday and she requested this meal. We would go out, but she wanted my birthday cooking....nice, huh? I LOVE to cook!!!
