| I remember years ago we were in Ohio and I saw the 'Special of the Day' posted outside the restaurant we were going to....Fried Bologna Sandwich. All I could think of was, "Are they kidding? Who would eat that!" Guess a lot of people do back there.
You won't find it on any menu here. You can't even find a whole bologna to slice up unless you get it right from the deli and ask them to cut off a chunk.
Interesting how different things are so popular in one part of the country, and not the other.
