| It can be quite expensive. I bought an ice cream cookbook at William Sonoma. Nice recipes, but some of the ingredients are alot of money.
Did splurge for Vanilla Bean. Youngest son and I made some fresh vanilla ice cream around Easter time. It was heavenly!!
