I only have a couple of recipes that are actually one-pot. I also have a handful that 'end up in one pot/dish' but they dirty every pot and pan in the kitchen (like lasagne and chicken tetrazzini).

My daughter works full-time and uses her crockpot several times a week. I have several but the only time I dust them off is when we have large parties (like graduations, anniversaries, etc.) where we're serving a lot of people and I just use it for keeping food warm.
