Remember that a wheel of Parmigiano-Reggiano (DOP) weighs about 36 - 38 Kg (80 lbs) and sells for (based on age) between $640 - $850 - based on todays exchange rate. Then you have to ship it to the US and pay duty on the shipment. Figure about $750 to $1,000 to your door.
