Chuckling at Velveeta, lol. There are a couple of old, old really tasty recipes from back in the day that use Velveeta. You just can't get the same results substituting a 'high class' cheese. Other than that I don't think I've ever used it for anything else. When the kids were little they used to like it for grilled cheese sandwiches rather than the american cheese slices.
