| There isn't much I do not like when it comes to the first of the season for anything, it is a renewance of the taste buds with the freshest of ingredients that awaken the soul, and open the pallet to a nuance of flavors, and excite us once again to the delicious and abundances, till once again we have had our fill, and look for the next new crop.
