The gardens seem cheaper, but people forget to add in all the little cost, like all the equipment, the fertilizer, the additional soil, and the number one thing their time that now is being used and not being paid for. To figure the true cost of that garden, there is more than just buying the plants and sticking them in the ground. Do not get me wrong I am all for the home garden, but realistically you need to look at the whole picture, and not go well look at all I get for just the cost of a few plants.
