| Well okay I guess the grill master doesn't season the steaks, I thought that was why you had get together because you liked the way the grill master cooked, this is a way of saying to them here is my steak already seasoned would you cook it ? seems like a lack of respect to the chef. I can understand using something like this on a glass of wine to signify that this is my glass, which has nothing to do with the taste. And I never had so many that I lost track of which were med rare, med, and med well done. Spicy and not so spicy chicken, get lost on the grill and mixed, how big is the grill ? Just not for me. Seems like they already have these things in the restaurant business them little tabs for chefs who can not keep track of what they are cooking.
