Alton is awesome. I thought it was great when he chose his charity for the food network his program was to teach people in different areas of the world what will grow in their land no matter where they live. Find something they can raise or grow themselves and teach them how to sustain it. I think that's a lot better than just giving people something that will perish, it's great helping them do it themselves.
