| I have some of Emerils cookware, I use regular and I like it, but my mainstay is a 2-12 5ply set I just love them, low heat, easy to clean, and heavy but not to heavy. I use bar keepers friend to keep them clean and shinning. I use to buy Pucks sets for wedding presents, they are not bad but the handles are flimisy. edges are sharp, and they can not handel the oven heat as well.
