My grandma told me about going snap turtle hunting with her boyfriend. Apparently, he liked to catch then and eat them. They would make soup. I always thought that was disgusting. And she said there are 7 different tasting meats on a turtle. I can't figure that out... chicken, beef, fish what else? Until reading that article I thought this was some thing only done in WV. I had no idea other people made turtle soup!
Turtles kinda freak me out, so I don't think I'll be dining on them
