That is one good thing about having a local grocery chain, I know they buy a lot of their fresh produce from farmers here in Texas, most of their milk products are produce by them from the dairy they own. I know they bake all their own bread products. Most of the stuff they import such as fruits and stuff in the off seasons come from Chile, and even the fish comes from fish farms down in South America. I know they are pretty strict on their sanitation procedures here, and they a take pride in that. I would think it should be the same for their suppliers. I am not sure about the fresh organic stuff, but I imagine it has higher standards than the regular fresh produce, that is one thing this chain is know for, is the high quality of produce they offer. I know they have their own label of frozen vegetables but you know I will have to see where it comes from, I assumed it mostly from Texas. All most all the frozen vegetables I have right now all say Product of the USA on them.
