| Wow, two of you said you refrigerate your tomatoes? I was always told never to refrigerate them....and red wine?
I never put my reds in the refrigerator. Although, at one of our wine meetings, they said you can refrigerate an unopened bottle for thirty minutes before serving. I've never done that.
Maybe Michael has the answer on this one. Do you cool off your reds, or serve them room temperature?
