The brains and eyes have to be removed plus it has to be killed with a stun gun of some type. Not to mention you have probably ate meat from the head, it's called cheek meat and does not have to be added to label.

Actually, imho, we should be grateful for our meat industry, as it is by far, the best the world has ever seen.
