I would have to say Emeril's in NOLA, it keeps me going I want to return and eat there again. Local can't say any knock off my socks, some are good but can't say I would recommend any of them. You would think for a town of about 4 million, and known for its eating out the most, there would be some real big name chefs here, but I know of none. I guess if we are talking the whole city, would have to be best service Vic's and Anthony's, best food Pappadoughs Seafood, best steaks Salt Grass, best entertaining Rainforest Cafe, most to do, Aquarium Downtown. But getting to these now with the traffic, the construction, the price of gas, would rather stay at home and cook my own meal.
