| Actually the tongue is real good, tender as can be just like Roast Beef, had a neighbor that slipped it in on me one night, my best friends mother told me it was roast boy was it ever good, then after words informed me it was tongue, still didn't change my mind still was good. Guess you could consider that part of the head, just did not think of it that way.
