Lindsy Lohan ? age type people ? and what do you want them to do cook, travel to night clubs, We just had a young person Chic and easy and you see how long that lasted. Look at MTV, my kids do not even watch it anymore, said shows are crap. I am all for shows that will fill the needs of the viewers but why put things on a food network that really belong else where. The travel channel covers a lot of eatery shows, best vacations, best haunted places. like Anthony Bourdain's show, which I thought the travel channel was appropriate because he travel to different place to show the cuisine, not to cook it. Tell me what type of show could Kelsey do that young people would watch ? And What type of show could Shane do ? and still hold true to this is a cooking channel, they have already drifted so far from that premise that people that have watched since 1993, are looking elsewhere for programs to fill their need, and without viewers no network.
