Tried it on my anniversary last Sunday! It was soooo good! However, presumably to make it more accessible for Red Lobster, they ommitted Kelsey's rice side...so you just replace it with a Red Lobster side (I chose the lobster mashed potatoes). Anyhow, the fillet is so light and flaky, I suppose that's why tillapia is so hot right now. The "beurre blanc" (sp.?) sauce was fabulous. The white chocolate (the menu claims it WAS used in the dish, as it was on the show) was not even detectable; rather, the flavors of macademia and coconut accented the butter base of the whole thing nicely.
