First, I admire GR, and maybe there is something to this. with all this salmonella going around, if we would stick to local and when it is in season, might not have the issues with the food, but than that would put a lot of people out of work, of course the local would use local labor, more hand picking and less machinery, use less fuel, yes might be something to this, at least give us something to think about. Maybe start a local campaign eat in season and local ? just a thought ????? I don't know just the ramblings of an old man who minds never stops running a mile a minute now if I could get the body to do the same I could be skinny again. Would tend to balance out your eating though.
