| At my party the other day everyone was so surprised how crisp and delicious the asparagus was. They said theirs always turns out mushy. People tend to over cook vegetables and then say how much they don't care for cooked vegetables. Well, I wouldn't like them either if they weren't cooked correctly.
To make my asparagus, put water in a skillet and just simmer the water. Drop in the asparagus and turn it a few times for only 4 minutes. Immediately place the spears in ice cube water for a minute and then drain them. Perfect everytime!
