| Speaking of healthy, did anyone watch the Iron Chef zucchini challenge last night? Talk about healthy, I can't wait to go buy more zucchini today!
For my party, I sauteed green and yellow zucchini and yellow squash in a bit of olive oil and garlic. Sprinkled them with Italian spices and served them chilled. Even the squash haters loved them!
