| They use to have a show on PBS with Leah Chase, she would set there in her chair and her son did most of the cooking, was okay but just did not seem to be geared towards all of New Orleans style, I know there is a great mix of cultural foods there but that show I never thought filled it. I know Paul Pudhomme also has a show that every once in awhile comes on PBS also, but these seem so far and few between, and it is really hard to pick up much from them. We need a new Justin Wilson and I kind of think Besh could cover the whole thing, and make it entertaining as well.
