| Ina and Michael have great recipes using fresh ingredients. I use many of theirs as a base and then tweek it with my style and spices.
I should clarify that I also use many of their recipes without tweeking as well.
Both have great sense of combining herbs, spices and fresh ingredients to come up fabulous dishes.
