| We have a Starbucks on every block (well, at least it seems like that). We have Starbuck kiosks in grocery stores, and then you walk outside and there is a Starbucks two doors away in the same strip mall! I never understood that.
It is said that if you have a Starbucks near your home, you live in a very nice neighborhood. They are very particular about where they place their stores. The realtors out here even use that as a selling point. Who would have ever thought a coffee shop would influence home sales?
