Well, he does a lot cooking for celebrities. Maybe it could something related to what they request most, special meals he has made for celebrities, etc.
He has great eyes, doesn't he? He's half Italian, like me...ok, I'm Sicilian but close enough! He'd be a great addition to the Food Network.
