I am trying to eliminate high fructose corn syrup from my diet, and it is actually getting easier every day. I am not much of a soda drinker any more, but an occasional Mexican Coke or a Jones soda hit the spot without the corn syrup. Simply Lemonade also has real sugar and it is very good.

With studies showing that high fructose corn syrup may be harmful to us, manufacturers seem to be changing their products, making it easier to eliminate it. Heck I even buy organic catchup to avoid it!
