Yes organics are more expensive, but my store has been introducing many store brand organics at really good prices, I think that I pay $1.69 for my organic catchup. I am not struggling so I can spend a little more. If someone has cooking skills they can avoid a lot of the bad stuff by cooking from scratch instead of buying lots of easy prepared foods, and often save a bundle in the process.
