| I got to give that man a a big attaboy, there are not many that would close up shop, get his people to safety on a assumptin that the hurricane might hit there two days in advance. You just got to admire him, and that in my books is why he is who he is, because he cares, and I guess that why he is TOP DOG in my book of chefs.
