Food Network Fans - View Single Post - What is your lipid of choice most often when cooking?

What BRAND of Olive Oil do you prefer? I've seen 'em go for more than $30 a bottle, and I've bought those, but can't really discern a big difference in taste.

Is there an over-all BEST brand?
