But when in the heat of battle, he seems level-headed and doesn't "act" like a princess or a diva. In that way, he's multi-dimensional. I think he could pull off a show with good cooking and an interesting personality and keep the scariness in check.

I'm so disappointed in Teddy! What is wrong with that guy! He's good looking and a great cook, but he screwed it with his immaturity. READING OFF HIS HAND IN FRONT OF A LIVE AUDIENCE?? That's worse than a kid cheating in class... jeez!

Katie has got to go. I'm a little annoyed that she wasn't the second contestant thrown off. Her food has been less than average. Raw. One judge said her beans "give beans a bad name".

Melissa is another favorite of mine. A little more shrewd than anyone thought. I did think it was curious that the judges applauded her for tasting the peppers she wasn't sure about, but last season Aaron McCargo was criticized and questioned for not knowing what a chipotle pepper is.

I like Jeff, but I don't want him to win.
It appears that Katie did well this week, based on the Rachel Ray episode that aired earlier and a glowing review she received earlier.
