| Sounds like it will be a good meal. If you do want to get another meat and cut it for the skewers make sure you cut it so the strands or grain of the meat is short. Think of it like a bunch of strands of spaghetti all stuck together, instead of cutting like you are cutting the noodles apart cut like you would be chopping it into tiny rice size pieces if it broke up. The meat should stay together though. |
