Did you receive anything new for your kitchen this Christmas?
I'm having a ball with my new Cuisinart Mini Prep Plus Processor. Made hummus yesterday that is delicious! Didn't use a recipe just made it up as I went along....chickpeas, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, roasted red pepper, garlic, Lawry's Seasoning Salt, red pepper flakes and chili powder. No more buying it pre-made.
My new JA Henckels knives are beautiful! What a huge difference it makes to use a really good knife.
Last kitchen gift was a Salten Food Scale. No more guessing. Saw Alton using the exact scale on his show yesterday. It was the one on meatballs. Can't wait to use it.
