So far so good with the grill, I have made Paninis twice and burgers once. A couple of small flaws that I noticed, that were also noted in the Cuisinart Griddler, there are some spatters out the sides, I fixed this by setting on sear to preheat, put the burgers in and turn down to medium, to finish, they get nice grill marks, you could also use leaner meat, I used ground chuck. The second is that when the lid is lifted it can drip behind the machine, I just put paper towel behind it.

So far I really like this machine, although I have already broken a trim piece off of it! But fixed that with some super glue and all is good.

It was a cold day here in NC, so I made a broccoli cheese soup and turkey, bacon, and cheese paninis, they sure did hit the spot! I really like how crisp the bread comes out and how well it gets the cheese melted. Here are some pics of todays paninis, my partner was wondering why I was taking pictures of dinner!

A formal review will come soon, once I have used the griddle and the waffle plates.
