I was shocked at his comment about washing them but he went further and soaked them and they had only sucked up a minute amount of water. That was an old ep though cause that was when I stopped brushing them and started washing them. I don't know where you guys buy your mushrooms but our local grocers only sell them pre-packaged and I swear they must roll those babies around in the dirt before packaging them.
