I love my food processor too. I didn't realize how much I needed it till I got it. Now I would be lost without it. I buy big blocks of cheese at the Sams Club now and shred it myself. It's amazing how much cheaper that is. And I have one of those food sealers to keep the rest of it fresh. It's great.
