| I absolutely LOVE Vodka Sauce but I can't get any of my family to try it. They always say, "But it's pink!".
The version I make doesn't call for prosciotto or wine. It's so quick to make and so tasty I'm surprised it isn't more popular. I've seen a few jars of it here and there at the grocery stores but they must not sell much of it. I don't know what the jarred stuff tastes like but it's upwards of $6-$8 for a very small jar. And I doubt they put the amount of vodka in that a homemade recipe calls for. Long live big business, I guess.
