| What really bothers me is how restaurants so freely toss goat cheese on salads without listing it on the menu.
It's gotten to the point that ask what is on the salad before ordering. They usually say 'goat cheese' and I ask "Why don't you have it listed on the menu?" The usual answer is, "We should. I don't know why they don't list it." So annoying!
With so many being lactose intolerant, you would think restaurants would be a bit more precise with menu ingredients.
I saw that episode of FNS and gagged when I saw her ingredient. I felt sorry for her. That would be like them giving me lamb to cook. I'd have to resign from the show! Couldn't do it.
