Blake Lively held the proud positions of 97, 98, and 99, respectively.
While these little lists don't really mean much, it's probably nice to be included--especially since she wasn't on the list last year. As far as I'm concerned, she can only go up.

Lindsay Lohan.
I'm sure with a few stints in rehab, Giada can proudly come out higher than L Lo next year.
