| I watched all five eps but wasn't completely blown away by them. FN didn't offer any of their recipes but on the one show where they made their 'famous' mac and cheese, they gave the measurements and I wrote them down. That had to be the absolute worst mac and cheese I've ever eaten. It started out with 'cook the elbow mac for only 3 minutes'. Even with all the other ingredients added and the length of cooking, they still turned out like hard little pieces of uncooked macaroni. I'll stick to my own perfected recipe.
Now this is just my own opinion but the show they should be canning is the one with Ingrid Hoffman. After watching only a handful of them, I found her so annoying that I literally couldn't watch her anymore. But I'm sure they'll keep her because Latino cuisine is very popular now. I just wish they'd get a host who's a lot less annoying to listen to.
